It all started when Mark and Anna met while working for Cappy and Suzy Lawton. With over 30 years collectively, the couple learned the ins and outs of what it takes to run and operate a business while working for Lawton Inc. Both have so much love for the business and one another that their dreams become reality. The duo along the way had three kiddos~ Amanda, Claudia and Matthew!

In 2004, The Dortman‘s introduced the Grill to a Southtown legacy. The food spoke to more than just your average bar food expectations.
